Alicia DeWitt had the pleasure of teaming up with Bekah Luebcke from Crown Asset Management, Danielle Banner from JPMorgan Chase, and Kirsty Smith from Citizens Bank on Team 7, “The Lucky Charms.” It was also great to meet some of the other fellow ladies in Operations, including Charissa Brookley (formerly with Absolute Resolutions Corporation), Cayla-Simone Riggs with Kredit, and Bridget Haller of Stillman Law Office.

There were many opportunities for fun throughout the week in Palm Springs including hiking, golf, and trivia. The keynote speakers were especially inspiring, leaving attendees with a feeling of resilience and success. Although many of the structured activities pushed introverts into extroverted situations, our team felt they had grown through this professionally, as well as personally.

The DebtNext Team was able to leave this conference with new, meaningful connections with other Women in Consumer Finance.
