We had a great time at the Northeast Utilities Credit & Collections Conference (NEUCC) last week in Atlantic City! The event brought together utility industry professionals from across the region to share insights, explore new technologies, and strengthen partnerships.

A highlight of the conference was a joint presentation provided by Frank Ellenberger of DebtNext and the Exelon team, where they showcased how Exelon is leveraging dPlat to streamline operations and improve the management of Consumer Issues and Account History Item Exceptions.

The session offered attendees a real-world look at how dPlat is being used to drive efficiency, enhance transparency, and support better decision-making across utility credit and collections workflows. It was a great opportunity to demonstrate the platform’s impact and engage in meaningful conversations with industry peers.
