DebtNext Attends NEUCC 2024
Eric Port, Frank Ellenberger, and Anthony Rosa attended the Northeast Utilities Credit & Collections Conference (NEUCC) event in Atlantic City from September 11th through September 13th. The Northeast Utilities Conference was attended by several of our clients and collection vendor partners, and our team was able to strengthen our current relationships and enforce our position of strength within the industry.
The DebtNext Team found the NEUCC event to be a valuable experience and a great opportunity to network with industry leaders and gain insight into the latest industry trends, strategies, and developments. The conference was a hub of activity, featuring a variety of sessions and discussions that covered the latest trends, strategies, and developments in utility credit and collections. Eric, Frank, and Anthony attended several keynotes and workshops, gaining valuable insights into regulatory changes, innovative credit risk management techniques, and the integration of advanced technologies. These sessions equipped our team with actionable knowledge that will enhance our service offerings and operational efficiency.
