Shuffling to the Top: DebtNext Team Outing at Forest City Arena
The DebtNext team recently enjoyed a successful outing at Forest City Shuffleboard Arena, bringing the team together for an afternoon of fun and camaraderie. The event fostered a relaxed, yet competitive atmosphere as colleagues took to the shuffleboard courts, stepping away from their usual workday routines. Team members embraced the opportunity to unwind, engage with colleagues, and build stronger relationships in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.
After a series of exciting matches, Drake Drivere and Alicia DeWitt emerged as the shuffleboard champions, showcasing their strategic play and coordination. Not far behind, the duo of Eric Port and Cory Boveington fought hard and earned the runner-up position, making the finals a thrilling and closely contested battle. Overall, the outing was a fantastic way for the team to unwind, strengthen bonds, and celebrate some well-deserved victories.
DebtNext Bowling Outing
The DebtNext Team recently competed in a bowl off at Seven Hills Lanes. Seven Hills Lanes is a family-owned business that has been around since 2005. ‘
Our team has spent time practicing their form and swing for this competition. The team winners of the night were Drake, John, Richard, and Frank. They averaged 127.5 per game as a team! Our individual winner was Courtney with a 310 series for two games with a 155 average.
The DebtNext Team had a great time expanding their horizons with new ways of competition!
DebtNext Software Team Outing to Class Axe Throwing
The DebtNext Team recently visited Class Axe Throwing up in Cleveland Ohio. They are a business who has axe throwing sessions are run by trained experts who will show you how to safely handle an axe and chuck it with accuracy while giving you tips on how to capture that illustrious Bullseye!
Our team spent time learning and practicing their axe throwing skills and then finally square off toe to toe in a group tournament. The champion of the night was Andy F. While team members Alicia, Eric P, Richard B, and Chary G. won the group tournament.
The DebtNext Team had a great time at this outing and are looking forward to our next outing!
Thomas Hilt Allen Foundation Golf Fundraiser
Members of the DebtNext Team recently visited the Good Park Golf Course to support Thomas Hilt Allen Foundation at their Annual Golf Outing! The Thomas Hilt Allen Foundation was established so that through various events and the generous support of donors, awareness is raised, research is funded, and financial and spiritual support is provided to families who have lost a child to SIDS, Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, or SUID, Sudden Unexplained Infant Death.
For three years, DebtNext has been a sponsor for this foundation, this year bring in a score of +3. One of our members decided to play at the “Skirt” Hole where if you wore a skirt you got to tee off from the Women’s Tees. Happy to say they birdied the hole, so well worth it!
We had a great time at this event and looking forward to returning next year!
DebtNext Summer Team Outing
The DebtNext Team recently visited Canal Park to watch the Akron RubberDucks take on the Binghamton Rumble Ponies. The RubberDucks are a minor league baseball team based in Akron, Ohio.
At the event, our team enjoyed a picnic at the park as well as the baseball game. This was the first team outing for several of our new team members, so it was a great opportunity to get everyone together in one place.
The DebtNext Team had a great time at this outing and are looking forward to our fall team outing at Foundry Social.
DebtNext Team Outing at Topgolf
The DebtNext Team recently visited Topgolf in Cleveland to get everyone together for a team outing. Topgolf is a sports entertainment complex with a high-tech golf game for all to play.
At the event, our team enjoyed each other’s company along with food, drinks, and golf. There were over a dozen different golf games to choose from, as well as a live leaderboard that showcased the night’s top golfers. Everyone on our team was able to enjoy the games, whether they are experienced golfers or beginners.
We had a great time at this event and can’t wait for our next team outing this summer!
