DebtNext Software was a sponsor for insideArm’s Women in Consumer Finance Conference in Palm Springs, California earlier this month. This event was attended by over 400 women in the finance industry, including five from the DebtNext Team. In its fifth year, the conference goals of boosting connections, confidence, and careers of women was a success. DebtNext has sponsored the conference in previous years and is a Diamond Sponsor for the 2022 conference. We provided the photo booth used throughout the conference to capture amazing moments from the week.
Our team had the opportunity to attend several workshops throughout the conference, as well as network with mentors, mentees, and visionaries in the financial services industry. Throughout the workshops our team developed valuable resources for decision making, goals, work-life balance, communication, branding, success, and much more.
There were many opportunities for fun throughout the week in Palm Springs including hiking, golf, an ‘Old Hollywood’ tour, and trivia. The keynote speakers were especially inspiring, leaving attendees with a feeling of resilience and success. Although many of the structured activities pushed introverts into extroverted situations, our team felt they had grown through this professionally, as well as personally.
The DebtNext Team was able to leave this conference with new, meaningful connections with other Women in Consumer Finance.
