Our Enhanced Onboarding Program is designed to onboard recent college graduates that are hired by DebtNext. It is architected to teach a wide variety of skills and topics that are applicable to being a successful employee at DebtNext Software. The EOP experience will have you prepared to thrive in your new position on any of the following teams: account management, client services, financial management, marketing, infrastructure management, integration & data analytics, and software development.

Client Success Team
The DebtNext Client Success Team is responsible for client facing related tasks. They are great communicators that aim to understand our clients’ goals and objectives. Our Client Success Team members are experts on all things client related. Our Client Success Team includes roles in account management, client services, financial management, marketing, and sales.
Technology Specialist Team
Our Technology Specialist Team is responsible for things like the design, maintenance, and programming of our technology as well as interface design and configuration. Our Technology Specialist Team members are experts on our software. Roles within this team include implementation management, infrastructure management, integration & data analytics, product management, and software development.
